Health Rediscovered is a sanctuary in the heart of Glasgow's city centre offering a variety of natural therapies to help improve health: mental, physical and emotional.
Paula, the owner, a degree qualified traditional Acupuncturist, has brought together a dedicated team of therapists, living in Glasgow, from different backgrounds and training to maximise YOUR health, using both Eastern and Western systems of medicine.
The Glasgow city centre Clinic has become a haven from current life demands - with its' experienced team, warm atmosphere and effective care.
We often hold free events to encourage people to look after themselves the best way they can.
Acupuncture is practiced by the owner, Paula, A Glasgow born woman, who uses her skills to work with a huge variety of people and conditions: fertility/infertility, pain management, IBS, Migraines, PMT to name but a few.
There are two massage therapists and between them offering: Shiatsu, Swedish, Indian Head, Hot Stone, Warm Bamboo, Thai Yoga Masssage.
We also offer yoga classes on a weekly basis, and from time to time meditation classes.
