Welcome to Pole Physique, Scotland's premier pole dancing academy. Pole Physique was founded to bring pole dancing classes to a wider audience.

With experience in teaching the art and techniques of pole dancing since 2002, making us the longest founded company in Scotland and using only qualified teachers. Our pole dancing classes are designed to cater for women from all walks of life - all ages, shapes and sizes.

We have 11 levels of difficulty, with classes ranging from beginner to expert. Some students have even gone on to become professional dancers! But don't worry if that's not for you, most students come purely for the outstanding fitness and confidence building benefits.

Classes are taught in a relaxed, informal dance studio in the city centre of Glasgow and are not only a great workout but also a chance to boost your self confidence.
