Proprietor Gavin Templeton is a graduate Stevenson College in Musical Instrument Technology (1986).
We source quality pianos, inspect them for faults and carry out the repairs and restoration work required. This ranges from action part replacement; e.g. springs, flanges, bushings and bridal straps to complete strip down and rebuilding of the original finish and French Polish. Instruments with major faults are not presented for sale. Brand new reasonably priced stools are in stock for seperate sale or often are included with pianos.
We also source select violins. Many are completely hand made by Luthiers to suit advanced musicians while others are factory made but hand finished and varnished with ebony fittings and maintain a high standard of build quality and sound.
