I work with people to help overcome anxiety, and also with musicians dealing with performance anxiety issues.
I also help with the removal of fears and phobias, sleep issues, and smoking/vaping cessation.
I work both in person in the Southside of Glasgow, and online via Zoom.
In my previous career I worked as a primary school teacher for 9 years, and then as a deputy head teacher for a further 10 years.
As an educator and hypnotherapist I have extensive experience of helping both young people and adults with anxiety and trauma.
