Shirley Scott is a Cold water therapist and yoga coach who is the creator of WaterMind.
My aim is to help people create stronger mindsets, and become the best version of themselves. Have a stress free life as possible, connect with their inner peace and live life to the full.
Outdoor events are held at Loch Lomond, Scotland. Beach yoga, breath work, grounding, powerful affirmations, workout, cold water therapy finished off with tea at the sea.
Allowing women and men to become more bodily confident, learn to accept and love themselves unconditionally.
Breathwork brings us into the present moment which helps mental health.
