Prep Fit is a meal prep company based in Glasgow, Scotland. We firmly believe in the importance of nutrition and make it our mission to provide the best possible, convenient, fitness ready meals fresh from our kitchen. We deliver to Glasgow and surrounding areas.
* All our meals are designed by our chefs who are experts in nutrition and all macros are clear.
* We do one round of orders per week – order before 9pm Mondays to receive your delivery Friday or Saturday (whichever suits).
* Friday delivery is between 2pm to 7pm and Saturday is 8am to 1pm
* You choose when you’d like to receive delivery when you check out.
* All our meals cost the same and are extremely competitively priced.
* We source all our food locally and change the menu regularly to reflect seasonality.
* All our meat is Halal.
* Although we purchase all our fish and chicken fillets boneless, our supplier cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the fish and chicken meals as they may contain bones.
* You can freeze our meals but we recommend fully defrosting before reheating for best results.
