Paula graduated in 2007 with a Batchelors of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) she has maintained her membership of the British Acupuncture Council and exceeds the requirements set out by the local council for cleanliness and health and safety concerns.
She has completed countless hours of post graduate training, including a trip to China to see how they have incorporated modern, pharmaceutical medicine into their wealth of traditional techniques.
She has developed a real passion for supporting good mental health, and the impact physical health has on our mental health (and vice versa!), and uses her own experience and journey with both mental health issues and physical pains to draw from in addition to specific training she has undertaken.
