Experienced Customer Service Advisers
Our client is a very successful and fast growing outsourcing call centre based in the Glasgow area. Their office is a friendly and exciting place to work with plenty of opportunity for excellence, hard work and imagination to be recognised and rewarded. We are currently looking to recruit experienced customer service advisers to become part of their award winning team.
The main duties of this role are :
Single point of contact for their customers.
Answer calls for their branded helpdesks as well as the main company number.
Log helpdesk issues from their Customers.
Resolve simple service problems and escalate complex Service issues.
Facilitate information requests from internal support tiers to their Customers.
To be considered for this role you MUST possess the following skills :
Min 1 year experience within a focused customer services role.
Clear spoken English and excellent written skills. Able to follow prescribed processes.
Diligent at keeping records up to date. Experience of using a Microsoft desktop. Existing Call Centre experience essential.
