MSK Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist

We're currently looking for a new MSK Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to join our team of passionate practitioners at Fitness Is My Life!

Based in Glasgow City Centre we offer hands on Physiotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Injury Rehabilitation exercise programmes to support optimal injury recovery, performance and pain management.

At Fitness Is My Life, we take a holistic approach to working with our clients to offer the very best results we can incorporating training, nutrition, and recovery into every plan we offer.

For this reason, we are looking for candidates with a broad skillset and relevant experience working in the fitness industry or a willingness to take on these additional roles.

What are we looking for?

Essential:

Qualified at level 4 MSK practitioner level and above, and experienced in providing a high standard of massage treatments (at least 1 year)
Experience working in a private clinic setting
Confident in using a range of clinical assessment techniques to identify and treat a wide range of MSK conditions and sports injuries
Excellent manual therapy skills to deliver effective treatments using a range of modalities which may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilisations, neuromuscular therapy, deep transverse friction, PNF
Superb organisational, communication skills and able to work independently
An enthusiatic, outgoing personality!
Must have own insurance
Highly Desirable:

Experience in Kinesio taping
Experience offering injury rehab plans
Strength and conditioning coaching or personal training experience and qualifications
Pilates or Yoga would be an advantage but not essential
Strong nutrition knowledge or willingness to learn and incorporate nutrition into your rehab plans
