The Hill is a stylish new bar in the west end of Glasgow on the vibrant Byres Road, a place to eat, drink and be happy. Delicious food, mouth watering cocktails and a buzzing atmosphere supplied by local music producers and DJ'S providing the best music from funk, soul, jazz, dub, hip-hop, disco, afrobeat, latin, house and anything inbetween. All played through the amazing Funktion One soundsystem.
Inside our sophisticated interior encompasses a striking main bar and eye catching hand blown glass chandeliers. Integral to our overall design is a personally curated collection of Martin Gray photographs.
The Hill’s menu features an array of homemade favourites and house specials, all cooked to order and made from locally sourced, seasonal produce. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and also cater for children with our kid's menu. Whether you are having a three course meal, light lunch or just a snack we know we have something to whet your appetite.
We pride ourselves on being a drinkers' bar, offering a fine selection of whiskies and boasting a serious spirit collection. What’s more, you can enjoy a trio of bespoke creations in the form of cocktails on draught – including The Rubaiyat named in honour of our much–loved venue. On draught we have the premium Heineken Extra Cold served in cold frosted glasses straight from our freezer.
