Massage & Tibetan Yoga

I am a masseur who specialises in Traditional Swedish and integrating Tibetan massage techniques.

The Tibetan techniques involve using gentle body movements, breathing, visualisation and pressure points

Full body treatments are usually for an hour or hour and a half, any less and the time it takes to get ready and then finish will give little time for a relaxing massage. I use a Holistic approach and integrate the techniques I have studied.

Rejuvenating :

Face or full body, using Argon, Orange & Rosehip Oils to rejuvenate and nourish the skin.

Cellulite Buster :

A great vigorous massage for ares of the body that hold cellulite. I use coconut oil, sweet almond or jojoba with a blend of special warming oils.

Pampering :

Using oils and natural moisturisers, shea butter, cocoa butter and coconut oil

Sensitive skin :

Using Borage & Rosehip Oils which are well known skin healers and great for delicate skin.
